Refund Policy

CrepeMeet's core scheduling features are free and don't involve any payment. This policy covers the optional paid extras — Premium credits and the Season Pass — described on our Pricing page.
1. Payments are processed by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: your payment, receipt, taxes, and any refund are handled by Paddle, and refunds are returned to your original payment method.
2. When you can get a refund
- Unused credit packs — if your credit balance still holds the pack's full credits (you haven't spent any of them), you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Unused Season Pass — if you haven't created any premium events during the pass period, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Accidental or duplicate purchases — contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the duplicate.
- Something didn't work — if a paid feature failed and we can't fix it for you, we'll refund the credits involved or the purchase. Just tell us what happened.
3. When we normally don't refund
- Credits you've already spent on a premium event.
- A Season Pass you've already used, after the 14-day window.
- Promotional or free credits — they have no cash value.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, which always take precedence.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at hello@crepemeet.com with the email address you purchased with and your Paddle order number (it's on your receipt). You can also contact Paddle directly via the link on your receipt or at paddle.net. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
