Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CrepeMeet at crepemeet.com (the "Service"), operated by CrepeMeet ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The service

CrepeMeet helps groups find a time to meet. You can create polls, share them by link, and collect availability — with or without an account. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may limit or suspend the Service to keep it secure and reliable.

2. Accounts and sign-in

Most of CrepeMeet works without signing in. Signing in is optional for the free features — it lets you find polls you've created and receive email notifications — and is required for purchasing and using paid features (section 7). You're responsible for keeping any private poll links (such as an organiser's admin link) confidential.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CrepeMeet to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that you don't have the right to share;
  • collect others' personal information without their consent, or send spam;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; or
  • use automated means to access the Service in a way that harms it or other users.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into a poll (event names, descriptions, availability, and so on). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing combined availability to people with the poll link, and including details in the notification emails you opt into. Remember that poll content is visible to anyone with the link; please don't include confidential information.

5. Intellectual property

The CrepeMeet name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.

6. Availability, data, and expiry

The core Service is provided free of charge, and polls and their responses are automatically deleted approximately 30 days after creation. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or that data will be retained — please don't rely on CrepeMeet as a system of record.

7. Optional paid features and billing

CrepeMeet's core scheduling features are free and will stay free. We offer optional paid extras for organisers — Premium credits and a Season Pass — described on our Pricing page. Buying and using them requires a signed-in account.

  • Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, which handles payment, applicable taxes, and receipts; Paddle's checkout terms also apply to your purchase.
  • Credits and Season Pass. One credit unlocks one Premium Event. Credits don't expire, are tied to your account, are non-transferable, and have no cash value except as our Refund Policy provides. A Season Pass gives unlimited Premium Events for its stated period and is a one-off purchase, not a subscription.
  • Prices. The price and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices or packs in future; changes never affect credits or a pass you've already bought.
  • Refunds. See our Refund Policy. If we ever permanently discontinue the paid features, we'll refund your unused credits and the unused portion of an active Season Pass.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free or that suggested "best times" will suit every situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, missed meetings, or lost opportunities arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

10. Third-party services

CrepeMeet relies on third-party providers for hosting, sign-in, email delivery, and payment processing. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be noted on this page.
